1. About these terms
This website is run by Alakh Solutions, Jaijon More, V.P.O. Saloh, Distt. Una, Himachal Pradesh – 177209. By using the website, applying for a job or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What we do
We list job openings from government departments (including outsourced posts through HPSEDC) and private employers, collect applications, and help employers shortlist and select candidates. The employer makes the final hiring decision.
3. Job listings
- We check openings before listing them, but details such as vacancies, salary, eligibility and dates are set by the employer and may change.
- Where an official notification is linked, the notification is the final word if it differs from this website.
- A post may be closed, filled or withdrawn at any time, including before its last date.
4. Your application
- You must be 18 or older and apply only for yourself.
- The information you give must be true and complete. False or misleading information can lead to rejection at any stage, including after selection.
- One application per mobile number per post. Keep your reference number — you need it to track your application.
- Applying does not guarantee an interview, selection or employment.
5. Results
Shortlists and selection lists are published as confirmed by the employer. If you spot a mistake, contact us and we will correct it. A published list is not an offer letter; joining is subject to the employer's document verification and conditions.
6. Beware of fraud
Only trust communication from our official number 89881-30033 and email alakhsolutions33@gmail.com, or at our office. If anyone asks you for money in our name through any other channel, do not pay — report it to us.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit applications or enquiries for someone else or with false details;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the website;
- try to access the admin area or other people's data, or disrupt the website;
- copy the website's content or design for commercial use without permission.
8. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Alakh Solutions is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website, from changes to or withdrawal of an opening, or from an employer's decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Una, Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction.
